Gift Vouchers
We sell two types of gift vouchers.
They are valid for one year from the date of purchase and can be bought online (see below), over the phone (0117 970 6616) with a debit/credit card or in person at reception. Vouchers booked online or over the phone will be posted out to you, or the recipient, first class the same day.
The first type can be bought for something specific (e.g. use of the spa facilities, a one hour treatment, a floatation session, a V.I.P day). These vouchers must be used for what they say on them, and cannot be exchanged. These are the ones to go for if you know what you want to get the recipient.
The second type is monetary vouchers (available in any multiple of £5). These can be used towards whatever the recipient chooses. These are the ones to go for if you are not sure exactly what the person would like.
Please note that gift vouchers are non-extendable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-replaceable.
Online Gift Voucher Ordering
If you are ordering your vouchers online please note:
- Only one order per address can be processed. If you want to send vouchers to two different addresses you will need to place two separate orders.
- If you want your order to be posted directly to the recipient please include a message to them in the Special Instructions box on the checkout page which lets them know who the gift is from.
- Please let us know in the Special Instruction box on the checkout page if you would like a Christmas envelope.
